Fundrise.com: If you are looking for diversification in your investment strategy, Fundrise is a good option. Fundrise is a non-traded REIT / real estate company that gives investors access to private deals for accredited and non-accredited investors. Fundrise makes it easy but be ready to do your own due diligence to understand the investment risks and underlying costs. A large benefit is the relative low entry point ($500 account minimum) compared to other non-traded REIT's. I have been with them for three+ years and have been happy with the results.
Diverseyfund.com: Similar to other non-traded REIT's on this page, Diversyfund is a crowd source real estate investment that allows every day investors to build wealth like the top 1%! Diversyfund is a relatively new Reg A+ REIT platform that only deals in multi-family properties. You do not need to be an accredited investor and can start with a minimum investment of $500. Their strategy is simple find multi-family properties, ad value and provide cash flow to their investors. Diverseyfund factors the fees into the deal (no upfront or extra investment fees) and they only take profit when their investors take profits. Simple as that....
Cellular Telephone
TELLO Cell: I have tried many phone services both personally and professionally. Simply put Tello is the best Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) around. There are many good choices but Tello has the most flexibility for what I need. Currently I have unlimited text/talk with 2GB of 4G LTE data for $14 a month on the Sprint network. I can scale up or down on that plan as needed and the mobile data can be used as a mobile hot spot provided your phone has that capability. Use this link HERE and get $10 your first month service.
